Terms and Conditions:

AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC will be referred to as "Company" from this point on. No agent or employee of AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC or the shipper may alter these Terms and Conditions.



AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC Invoice is non-negotiable and the Shipper acknowledges that it has been prepared by the Shipper or by the company on behalf of the shipper.

By signing the company invoice, the Shipper hereby accepts AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC's Terms and Conditions for itself and as an agent on behalf of any other person having an interest in the shipment.



(a)The Shipper will comply with all applicable laws and government regulations of any country to, from or over which the shipment may be carried.

(b)The Shipper acknowledges that no prohibited items are included in the shipment and warrants that each article in the shipment is properly described on the packing list and has not been declared by AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC to be unacceptable for transport.

(c)The shipment is properly addressed and packed to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling.

(d)The Shipper agrees that the shipment is subject to customs inspection upon arrival at the port of destination and hereby acknowledges that AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC may abandon and/or release any items consigned by the Shipper to AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC which AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC has declared to be unacceptable or which the Shipper has undervalued or misdeclared for Customs’ purposes whether intentionally or otherwise, without incurring any liability whatsoever to the Shipper.

(e)The Shipper will save and defend indemnity and hold AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC harmless from all claims, damages, fines, and expenses arising therein.

(f)The Shipper is liable for any expenses incurred by AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC on behalf of the Shipper arising from non-declaration or misdeclaration.

(g)The Shipper agrees that AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC is entitled to hold the shipment until said reimbursement is fulfilled.



The liability of the “Company” for any loss or damage to the shipment (which term shall include all goods and effects to the “Company” under the Bill of Lading)

is limited up to US$200.00 per box or US$200 for TV(43"-65") unless additional insurance is purchased.



AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery in accordance with regular delivery schedules. However AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC will not be liable for, nor will any adjustment, refund, or credit of any kind be given as a result of misinformation or the failure to provide correct information. AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC will not, in any circumstance, be liable for delay in pick-up, damage, loss, delivery, or transportation of any shipment, regardless of the cause of delay. And, in addition, the “Company” shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, or non-delivery due to:

(a) The Act of God, force majeure occurrence, or any cause reasonably beyond the control of the “Company";

(b) The act, default, or omission of the Shipper, the Consignee, or any other party who claims an interest in the shipment (including violation of any term and conditions hereof), or any person other than the “Company” or of any Customs or other Government officials, or other entity or person to whom a shipment is tendered by the “Company”, regardless of whether the Shipper had requested or had knowledge of such third party delivery arrangement;

(c) The nature of the shipment including any defect, characteristic, or inherent vice thereof;

(d) The shipment of prohibited items, perishable, breakable, or electronic items as well as temperature-sensitive instruments, photographic images, or recordings of any form.

(e) Value of items not declared in the Bill of Lading or Invoice.



AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC has no obligation but a right to inspect any shipment including but not limited to opening or verifying the contents of packages, boxes, parcels, envelopes, subject of the shipment.



(a) The Shipper must submit a written notice of claim due to shortage or damage within 45 days after delivery of the shipment to consignee.

(b) For claims due to misdelivery or non-delivery, the Shipper must submit a written notice of claim within 120 days from date of shipment.

(c) When the claims are settled, the "Company" will not reimburse the cost of pick-up, delivery, and shipment.

(d)No claims may be made against the "Company" outside of the time limit.

All claims must be addressed to AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC, 15300 Valley View Ave., Office 3, La Mirada, CA. 90638.



AZUL BALIKBAYAN LLC can arrange insurance for the Shipper covering the actual value in the event of physical damage or loss of the shipment. Provided that the Shipper pays the necessary insurance cost. The insurance payment has to be stated within this document. If the Shipper requires a more substantial protection,then Shipment Value Protection may be arranged at an additional cost.



By signing this document, I hereby express that, I have read and fully understood and agreed to all the aforementioned terms and conditions.
